Shipping and Refund
[Q] : How will your order be sent ?
[A] : Orders to be delivered in the Klang valley will be sent out by courier. All other orders will be sent out by parcel post.
For deliveries by parcel post, you will be given a tracking number that will enable you to track the status of your parcel.
[Q] : How long will deliveries take ?
[A] : Please allow 1-3 working days for order processing, 4-15 days for deliveries in West Malaysia. We're sorry to inform that delivery is not applicable to East Malaysia.
Q] : What if I am not home when my purchase is delivered ?
[A] : In the event that no one is home during delivery delivery man will leave you a card with details on how to arrange pickup or schedule another delivery.
You can also contact us at 03-20945655 if you need our help to re-arrange the delivery.
Ecover is committed to customer satisfaction and we hope that you are delighted with every order you receive from us. However, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your items or meet any of the following, you can come back to us within 14 days after the items being received. we'll give you a full refund of the purchase price (less the initial delivery charge), whichever you prefer.
We allow return of products that are :
1) damaged during transit,
2) sent incorrectly
3) product not up to your expectation
If something in your order is faulty and send wrongly, please let us know straight away and we may request you to send us a photography of the order to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your name, your order number and we will replace you with another replacement. Product must in a good condition / unpacked if it's wrongly sent order.
If you have tried our product and it do not meet your expectation, please let us within 14 days after item is being received at email@example.com
All request will be inspected by us before proceeding with the refund. Ecover Malaysia will responsible for the postage costs incurred for returns and redelivery. We can also arrange for our courier to pick up from you if needed. Do advise and we will assist accordingly.
We accept payment via Visa, Master credit card and online transfer.
For payment transfer via online banking, please see below for the bank account number and email the proof of receipt after the payment is made to firstname.lastname@example.org
